Feedback and Complaints
We welcome feedback about any aspect of our service. If something hasn't worked for you, we want to know, and raising a concern will never affect the care you receive or how you are treated.
How to raise a concern
You can raise a concern in person, by phone, or in writing. If you would like it dealt with formally, please put it in writing to info@menslifepsychology.com.au, including what happened, when, and what outcome you are looking for. Concerns can be raised by you, or by someone acting on your behalf with your consent.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Acknowledgement. We will acknowledge your complaint within three business days.
Response. The Principal Psychologist will review the matter and contact you within five business days to discuss it and to set out what will happen next. This may include a meeting, in person or by phone, if you would like one.
Outcome. We will confirm the outcome in writing, including any action taken.
Records. Your complaint is recorded confidentially. Information is only shared with those directly involved in resolving it, unless the law requires otherwise.
