At Men's Life Psychology, we exist so that every man feels understood, supported, and guided toward meaningful change and improved well-being.

Men's Life Psychology was founded to offer men a space to connect and work through life's challenges with a practical, evidence-based approach built on insight, personalised plans, and genuine understanding. Led by a Clinical Psychologist and based in Surry Hills, Sydney, we see clients in person and via telehealth across Australia.

Recognising the need for focused, expert, and evidence-based care, we offer individual and group therapy specifically tailored to men's unique experiences. Our areas of support include anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, stress and burnout, addiction (substance and behavioural), sexual health and intimacy, gay and queer men, fatherhood, grief and loss, major life transitions, relationships, and more.

While our primary focus is men's mental health, we promote a supportive and empowering atmosphere where individuals from all cultural, gender, and sexual identities are welcome, including partners and loved ones of our clients. We see private clients and welcome Medicare and WorkCover referrals, and we also offer Executive and Leadership Coaching, along with community events and workshops.

We are always on the lookout for practitioners who are passionate about men’s mental health and want to contribute to make a difference.

Men's Life Psychology is growing. We're building a team who want to make a real difference to men's mental health, in a supportive, inclusive practice where clinicians can develop their skills and deliver care they're proud of. We're especially keen to hear from practitioners drawn to men's mental health, and from early-career psychologists looking for a place to train and be well supervised. If that sounds like you get in touch.
