Nick Gotsis, Clinical Psychologist
Nick Gotsis is a Clinical Psychologist based in Surry Hills, Sydney, providing evidence-based psychological services with a focus on men's mental health, executive performance, and professional wellbeing.
Nick founded Men's Life Psychology from a deeply personal and professional commitment to changing how men experience mental health care. Having witnessed first-hand the real consequences of stigma and silence, he built the clinic around a simple belief: that every man deserves access to support that genuinely engages, motivates, and connects with him, in a space where he feels truly understood and supported toward meaningful change.
Nick's approach is genuine, compassionate, and solution-focused, built around helping clients build self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and take meaningful steps toward a more fulfilling life. He works with adults and adolescents (16+) navigating a wide range of challenges, some of which include depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, burnout, addiction, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, sexual health and intimacy concerns, parenthood, psycho-oncology, and gay, bi, and queer-related experiences and identity.
His treatment approach is integrative and individualised, drawing on CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing always tailored to the individual.
Drawing on over 20 years of international corporate experience, Nick also brings a unique understanding of high-pressure environments and workplace dynamics, enabling him to support clients through burnout, occupational trauma, leadership challenges, and complex career transitions. He is also a certified Executive and Leadership Coach and Workplace Trainer.
