Meet Nick Gotsis,
Clinical Psychologist
Nick Gotsis is a Clinical Psychologist and the founder of Men's Life Psychology, a clinic he established with a clear mission: to create a space where every man feels understood, supported, and guided toward meaningful change and improved well-being. Recognising that men can have unique experiences and challenges, Men's Life Psychology is built on the principles of genuine understanding of men's mental health, practical, solution-focused, and evidence-based expert care.
Clinically Nick works with adolescents (16+) and adults experiencing a variety of presentations, including (but not exclusively) anxiety and mood-related concerns, attachment issues, life transitions, interpersonal / relationship difficulties, gender, sexuality, sexual dysfunction concerns, gay and queer identity issues, psych-oncology (cancer), grief and loss, anger management, workplace stress and burnout. He utilises an integrative and individualised approach to treatment, drawing on various evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Motivational Interviewing
